Friday the 13th party

This Friday the 13th is:

Dark and Decadent Day

7 PM

16 Burney Street, Apt. 4

Roxbury Crossing, MA 02120

(see directions and T access at end of email)

call 617-823-6720 to RSVP or if you get lost

aka my 25th Birthday (that?s 5^2 coincidentally enough for those of you who attended Britt?s 2^5 party earlier this year)

Come dressed as your favorite evil villain (historical or fictional) or ?scary persona? (you decide what that means) and together we will plot world domination and feast on yummies like:

-Brownies

-Ice cream

-Candy

-Cookies

-Cake of perhaps a swirley chocolate variety

-Cake of perhaps the ice cream variety (oh yes, there will be two cakes)

and -Milk

Oh and some other stuff that aren?t supposed to be good for ya like:

Chips and -Alcohol (fyi?Guinness plus Baileys tastes rather chocolatey together)

And finally, some real food like cheese, fruit, veggies, crackers, and wine to, you know, cleanse the palette along the way.

Come one, come all to the finger-twiddling event of the year, Mr. Burns style!

Exxx-cellent....

Please RSVP by replying or calling me at 617-823-6720 so I can train the hounds to not attack you on that day.

Directions:
Via T: You can take either the Green or the Orange line.
Green E line: get off at the Brigham Circle stop and go up Tremont
Street with the Stop and Shop shopping complex on your right. After a
few cross-streets, you will go past the Mission Hill church on your
left. After Pontiac and Carmel St. you will see Burney St. on your
right. Turn right, and our apartment building is the first brick one
on the left, 16 Burney apartment #4.

Orange line: go the 'Forest Hills' direction and get off at the
Roxbury Crossing stop. As you exit the station, turn left and go up
the hill on Tremont, staying on the left side of the street. After
passing Parker and Sewall streets, you will see Burney St. on your
left by a pizza place. Turn left, and our apartment building is the
first brick one on the left, 16 Burney apartment #4.

Via #66 Bus: If you're coming from the Harvard Square area or Brighton, you can take the #66 bus.  There is a Burney Street stop (with your back to the Mission Hill Church, you'll see a small convenience store on the right corner and Chacho's Pizza on the left corner).  Be on the alert once the bus comes to Brigham Circle and turns from Huntington St. to Tremont St.  From there it is about the second or third stop.  Request to stop as the bus is directly in front of the Mission Hill Church which will be on your left.  My stop is the one right after the Mission Hill Church stop, but really it's only like two blocks apart between stops.

Via car: parking is free on our street if you stay on the left side,
where it is not restricted to residents. To come out to our area,
called Mission Hill, drive out Huntington Ave. past the MFA. After
you pass the Mass. College of Art and some Harvard Medical buildings,
turn left on Tremont St. by a Stop and Shop and drive up the hill
until you are almost opposite the Mission Hill church. Turn right on
Carmel St. and at the top of the street, turn left and go a block
until you reach Burney Street on your left and a "do not enter" sign
straight ahead. Burney is one-way and only one block long, so you're
not far now and can park anywhere on the left side (which is open to
everyone). We're in #16, one of the brick apartment buildings here.
