Annual meeting

[Apologies to everyone on multiple lists who gets duplicates of this 
message.]

Remember, the MIT Guild of Bellringers annual meeting is tomorrow (Monday) 
at 7:00 in room 5-232. Officer elections are the main order of business. I 
didn't come up with amendments to the constitution in time (they have to be 
proposed two weeks in advance), but we will still have discussion on the 
subject of how the new handbell group fits in.
