IMPORTANT REGARDING BAPC announcement submissions

Hello,

This is to make you aware that FROM 2005 TO 2007 the Boston Area Physics
Calendar is being handled by Harvard University, Department of Physics.  
The Boston Area Physics Calendar is published weekly during the academic
year.  Entries should reach us no later than 2:00 pm the Wednesday of the
week preceding the week of the actual event.

NOTE: Entries that are past the deadline will have to be sent by you to the
bapc late entry email address listed below.

Please be sure to follow this format when creating your entries and keep in
mind that abstracts and such are not accepted.  All entries should be
submitted in plain text (New Roman, 10 pitch) and follow this format:

Day, date, time
Institution Name
Seminar Name
Building and room number
Title of talk
Name of speaker
Institution of speaker
Any special instructions/notes or website url
