As a comment, I said in the email that at least some of you saw "How
about if we don't have confirmation from Andy T+Troy+Kathy by 5 PM we are down?".
Nobody objected to that time frame until after the fact.
I was attempting to be helpful in John's absence. By offering to switch to my house. By trying to confirm that all of the exactly 8 dancers would be able/willing to come to my house. I also separately messaged Kathy and asked Judy if she knew how to call
her. I tried. And I clearly regret it.
