A blast from the past, ha.
We are doing a screening of the HBO film on Addiction, sorry for late
notice but it's tomorrow evening at 6 pm at Northeastern (I work at
Northeastern). When I say "we" I mean me and an office called
"OPEN" (Office of Prevention and Education at Northeastern). This
office is designed to educate students about alcohol and other drugs
(it takes a non-punitive approach).
If you want to stop by, I think they are ordering pizza. Last time we
did this (last fall), there were 4 students. So, a large turnout is
not expected.
The film is about 65 minutes long, and is actually quite good. If you
want to learn something about addiction, or just want something
different to do, or want to say hi, please come on out. Go to
http://www.hbo.com/addiction for more info on it.
It's in room 313 Ell building, right near the green line stop on the E
line, or the Ruggles stop on the Orange line.
Let me know if you want directions.
