Greetings!

Just a reminder, our next meeting is tomorrow at 7 pm. FYI, last week we didn't have anyone. The google group has 11 members, but activity there has been slow as well. Seem to have a problem getting people to open up, in person or online.

As another FYI, on Sept 10 the author David Sheff is coming to our campus. He wrote a memoir called "Beautiful Boy: A Father's Journey Through His Son's Addiction" that got excellent reviews and was (is?) on the best seller list for quite a while (his son was a meth addict). The audience is mostly freshmen students (who are supposed to read his book before starting classes in the fall), but the talk is open to the wider university "community" (which you are all part of). Let me know if you are interested. I'll send a reminder with details as the date approaches.
