Hi all,

I realize that the ipad conversation is over, but wanted to let you know about this other option I just discovered.  A friend told me about Wacom tablets that are about $80.  They allow users to annotate documents on their laptops - so you can use during a zoom/googlemeet call.  Doesn't have all the options that an ipad would have but definitely less expensive.

It looks like we have consensus that basic ipads together with Apple pencils are the way to go. I use it together with Good Notes to share ipad screen through my laptop. But it works with zoom directly too and you can integrate it with Box. So I will go ahead and order couple of sets to test drive during the summer.
