I just mailed back free tickets to the Sox/Yankees game on Saturday that I was given today :(
So there better be a good turnout!!
Thanks to everyone who has helped move furniture or has given me suggestions on rearranging. Things are almost ready, though there's still a bunch of toys to move.
I'm not sure what condition the grill will be in (I left it out all winter) but I'll be cooking up a large batch of chili. I've also discovered that hot dogs cook fine in the microwave, though I'm still a bit wary of cooking hamburgers that way.
I'm hoping for at least 3-4 people from the NY/NJ area. They will get the beds/cots, but there are still a couple of couches and foutons that can be claimed. I have still not decided on the party game for Saturday night. It will likely be either a Texas Hold'em Tournament, or "Why Did the Chicken?"
If anyone has a strong pereference either way, please let me know. While all votes matter, remember, mine matters most. I'm on my way to NJ for the weekend for the Chiller convention, but I'll tally the votes when I return and make a final decision by Monday.
