A couple of administrative matters:

- Scott Weiss will oversee the binderminding this weekend. If you 
volunteered to
help out, believe me, you will be called upon to help out.

- If at all possible, if you are contributing a laptop or a printer to the 
team
effort, please be at headquarters by 10:00 on Friday. Networking has always
been a down-to-the-wire event, and we're hoping to give ourselves a little 
more
time to get our act together this year. Anybody else who wants to show up 
at
10:00, please feel free to do so -- there is always a great deal of moving
furniture around, getting in supplies, and general setting up. The more the
merrier.
