Eric, sorry I didn't check my email over the weekend, I would have liked to try the warmup.  Although I'm a newbie, and I'll probably only be at MIT Fri night through Sat afternoon, I'd be willing to try the binderminder roll for a while. 
 
Additionally, I can help with stress relief, stretching, etc. - I've been studying and teaching Tai Chi and other Chinese martial arts for a long time.
