[Palindrome] Important bulletin board notes

Because there is a good chance we will be using the bulletin board to 
facilitate solving, I am now going to shut down automatic registration. 
From now on, I will have to approve new registrations.

In addition -- does anyone know who "Kevin" is, on the bulletin board? It's 
not Kevin Wald, who is on there as Ucaiomhu. Kevin, if you're out there, I 
am going to delete your account in the next 24 hours if I can't figure out 
who you are, so please speak up.
