   I was mentioning a similar idea to some of the other members. I know 
that my
   laptop can print each of the individual puzzles to a PDF, which can 
then be
   pasted together to get a single, collated file which can be printed as 
many
   times as necessary.

This sounds like a good idea.  Could you write up a very clear sheet
of instructions that will enable people unfamiliar with Acrobat or
your machine to easily go through this process?  Thanks.
