RE: [apmultiples] another rant from Valerie/dresses

OUr attitude toward dresses is different than most I think. Sophie loves
dresses and Hannah used to. They were frequently given very fancy dresses
by
family members and we did not save them for "best". I let them wear them
whenever they want which means they are frequently seen in the park
playing
in a fancy party dress in the sandbox. After all, its just clothes
really.
Sam and then Jake used to ask where their dresses were and I was hesitant
to
say boys don't have dresses so I would just say oh, you don't have any.
Sometimes they would wear their sister's dresses around the house for
playing but they learned young not to go outside in them (not from me!)
