[Tufts-Nu] Tufts-Neutrinos: Fermilab Neutrino Lecture Series starts tomorrow (Wednesday)

           I neglected to include this Fermilab Notice in our group meeting announcement.

Dear Neutrino Enthusiasts,

 

We will be having our first lecture of this year’s Neutrino University this Wednesday, June 11 at 11am CST. The lecture will be given by Alex Himmel, on an “Introduction to Neutrinos”. The lecture will be given in person at Wilson Hall at Fermilab in the Curia II room. In person attendance for those at Fermilab is strongly encouraged. Dear Tufts speed~c-fermions,

 

     We will meeting once again at our regular time this Friday (June 13th) at 12:30 pm.

As per usual, sandwiches and beverages will be available to in-person attendees.

 

No Talks are currently scheduled (so drop me a line if you have slides !)  however

we are coming off of several significant Collaboration Meetings, we an informal

discussion of developments could be very useful:

 

           MicroBooNE      NOvA      DUNE

 

Concerning NOvA:  Easier shifts are in the future ?

                                        BNB events – are they interesting  ?

                                         2027 target date for upgraded osc. Analysis – how does

                                         That jive with our program ?
