Friends, It's that time of year again. Attached is this year's Faculty Information Form. As usual, the folks on the hill have tweaked the form, so please use this year's form. Please return the completed form, together with a current CV, to Shannon by 5 pm Wednesday March 9. Both the form and the CV must be in the form of Word (.doc or .docx) documents -- not pdf or other formats. You are reporting on the calendar year 2010, Jan 1 - Dec. 31, 2010, including the Spring 2010 and Fall 2010 semesters. Please include on your CV information about grants funded, dates of awards and direct and indirect costs to the University.
