(ET) Little thing: Fixing the flap on the mower deck

Simpler repair: The rear flap on the mower deck was pretty much 
disintegrated and needed a good repair. There is no way to remove the 
little bolts, and since it's a #8*3/8 screw anyway I just got out the 
mighty cutting tool and cut the bolts off.

New flap looked great, and after unrolling it I set to work putting it 
in. UNfortunately the stiffening bar that holds it in place was.... 
rusted.... so I took it off in parts, cleaned it up, and re-used it for 
now. Need to make a new one, will think about the best way to do that. 
Maybe with some heavier stock so I can use it to add some support at the 
rear of the deck.

Regardless, new one is in, mower mulches better, and will no longer 
throw random crud in my face. It's possible the vacuum will work better, 
but to be honest I'm not using that this year to let the leaves mulch 
in. Now I just need to find a mulching plate for the mower deck....
