(ET) Jim Coate

Does anyone know whether Jim Coate is OK?  I tried to call him today to 
ask 
about new mower blades for my New Idea R36 (ER8-36 equivalent), and got a 
voicemail message saying "memory is full."  That's often not a good sign.
