(ET) E21 tractor, mower & sweeper in BC Canada

Hi All:

I have a E21 tractor with worn cast steering sector gear, and a spare 
(if I can find it) and no winch.  Has not been used in 10 years.  Comes 
with functional mower deck and spare mower motors, spare diff (if i can 
find it), Complete sweeper with 36v motor.  And a maintenance manual in 
a binder (if I can find it).    All for free to a good home.  Located in
