I used to have a full writeup on replacing the bearings on the blower, with pictures on my old elec trak site. I cant seem to find my docs. From what i remember you unscrew the bearing holders from the side, and the auger will then come out. The bearings were
standard, and easily replaced. They literally popped in with a click.
Whole process took about 2h, working in a cold garage.
