You might try tightening the allen key setscrew in the hub.  There's a 
second setscrew on top of it as a lock.  Remove that, tighten the setscrew 
under it, and replace and tighten the lock setscrew.  

My E15 has one hub that needs to be tightened every year or two.  I've 
never 
understood why.
