Here is a couple photos. Assuming early E15?

Likely to be an earlier E15. Like others have said, that battery box extension was custom.

The serial number tag should be about where the loose headlight is sitting, and the power cord for the charger is sitting on the yellow painted area at the bottom edge of the picture. If no tag, look for two small holes maybe 2" apart where the tag would have been riveted on. For comparison, if you look at the voltage troubleshooting page,
http://freerangeelectric.com/index.php?main_page=page&id=18&chapter=10
you can see the serial number tag in the lower left hand corner of the last picture.

Does the PTO switch (second toggle switch in from the left) have 2 positions (off-on) or 3 positions (off-run-start)? If 3 positions, then a later model. And/or post a picture of the electrical components in the lower controls area (cover already off) (ie hold camera near the gear shift lever). Bonus points for a picture of the upper control panel (open hood, remove two screws at top corners and tilt down).
