*nod* That could be a mess. I think I will trundle the E20 around to the shed next weekend and haul out the snowblower. Every year I think I will clean it up and whatever but I never do. Drat.

The big thing for wet snow for me is to drive hard into it to keep the auger flowing and also to have painted the throat of the chute with POR15. Still not worn away after years of use and still slick as glass.

It seems like converting ought to work. One thing I don't know is what
RPM the gearbox of a two-stage is designed for and how well that matches
up to the GE snowblower motor (which I have).

I wonder. I will say a E12 motor at full speed works perfectly on a pressure-washer, still working as well and I really like trundling it around.
