Did this make it through? I never received it the first time, so I'm
sending again.

magnet motor with a centrifugal switch mounted inside. Once the motor is
up to a certain RPM, the switch closes and allows the control system to
put full voltage on the armature for third speed. Sounds to me like your
switch has an issue, since the power pulse button works. The actuator for
those switches are a failure point that can cause damage to the armature.
You did say, though, that you have 3 speeds with the wheels off the
ground. This would indicate loose connections or a worn out contactor or
master disconnect. Too much of a voltage drop at one or all places would
not give the drive motor enough current to reach the RPM required to close
the switch.
I would check those things first before looking into a centrifugal switch
(actuator) issue.

wheel horse and it does not want to move very fast. It loses power going
up hills in L. I have checked the throttle switch and you can tell it is
going in all three speeds with the wheels off the ground. The batteries are
fully charged and the mower deck runs fine while cutting the lawn.I have
checked for power between the frame and batteries and there is no draw
with a light bulb or meter. It does pick up speed with the power pulse
button pressed. Is it possible that the drive motor is getting weak. Any
help would be greatly appreciated.Thank youRay FREE Animations for your
