Robert is right, the duel controllers are missing, and most of the wiring.

With the rear wheels on her,  the gearboxs are there but the motor MAYBE 
missing but on the ones I had the gearbox an motor were one unit if you 
pulled the motor you removed 1/2 the gearbox.

I still have gears for the older 36vdc unit along with a duel controller.if 
anyone needs parts
