  On my E-20 I bolted a piece of 3"x2" rectangular tubing on top of the
front bumper and bought a $49 Harbor Freight ATV 2,000lb 12 volt DC
winch with 50' of cable.  It comes with remote control and just removed
that (for another project) and wired it to the switch.  The cable has a
loop on the end to connect to all accessories for lifting and plenty of
power for them or to pull the tractor out of the mud or logs, etc.....
cheap and effective.
