The guy's name is Stephen Shore as mentioned by Harold. He stated that 
8am on Saturday the 30th is the earliest anyone could show up. His

Richmondville, NY 12149

He mentioned that he will have a grill going all day, plenty of room to 
camp out, and it is also considered to be a swap meet, so bring those 
unwanted parts and tractors! Hope this helps and I'll be there myself!

  I haven't seen too much on this list regarding Stephen Shore's
Elec-Trak gathering in Richmondville NY but thought I'd post and say
that I'm planning to be there,Lord willing, and hope to meet a bunch of
my acquaintances, customers,etc.
