    Check at RadioShack® for Molex® or similar connectors.Use stranded 
flying leads from the connector soldered to the card, directly connect 
the opposite connector end to the tractor's wiring.This was done twenty 
years ago on my E-20 after the card edge connector split.

    No more eight speeds in Reverse. :)
