I would agree. The other factor is location. The north-east seem

ET values seem to be creeping up. But some years ago I would have said that in running condition, unrestored, with no accessories, dead or no batteries, $250 to $400 would be reasonable. A good mower deck should add $150 or so. If I were looking at an ET and couldn't see proof that it ran, it would have to look VERY nice for me to pay anything over the above prices.
