Re: (ET) E12S tranny



Ended up loosing all the bolts to see if I could get any more movement out of it to line up with the opening, nope. So got the hacksaw and file out and now am able to shift into higher gears ok. Had to take almost a 1/4" off really surprised it would be this far off.

I'll have to grind it out a bit more if I ever really need that gear. You should definitely enlarge the opening a bit, or maybe just loosening the bolts and scooting the transmission forward a bit will work?
