Re: (ET) Leaking E20



Hey, chris - I went through a lot of trouble to try to fix my transaxle 
(differential trouble), but found a spare in much better shape on ebay 
cheaper (even with shipping) than it would have cost to get a press or 
have someone with a press to help disassemble it.  Seems you NEED a press 
to get the hubs off.

I have the original (with new brakes) and an extra set of gears both.

By the way, these Peerless 2318 transaxles are the same as the much more 
numerous John Deere 110 and 112 transaxles.  The JD transaxles have a 
reverse gear, ours do not, but case, bearings, seals, drive gears, etc. 
are identical.
