(ET) Elec-Trak repair help sought in NJ and in NC

I've been talking to a couple of different gentlemen who both own 
Elec-Traks. Both are in similar positions of needing someone local to 
maintain their machines. Parts are available; it is a matter of hiring 
someone to do the labor. One is located in Wilmington, North Carolina, 
the other is in Warren, New Jersey.

If you are familiar with Elec-Traks, or EV troubleshooting in general,
