Darn, I don't have anything here which suggests any percentage. Oddly, I
have some documentation that relates SOC with open circuit voltage, but
not
with loaded voltage. Sorry.
In any case, your battery is reasonably safe from cell reversal as long as
you keep the loaded voltage above 10.5 volts per 12v battery (1.75vpc).
As you maybe can guess, it's load dependent. A battery that's flat at 100
amps can still offer up some more energy if you reduce the load to 50
amps,
for example.
