Re: (ET) Fully charged pack voltage

I forget who, but at least one someone has set up their charger with the
OEM style mechanical timer to handle regular charging after each use,
and then also has the Landis in parallel to provide maintenance charging.

I'm the "one someone" Jim is referring too.  The mechanical timer on my E10M died last year and I replaced it with a Landis.  Over the winter, found the batteries weren't getting fully charged because it took many hours for the pack's "resting" voltage to decay to the 38 ~ 39 volt turn on point for the Landis.

I repaired the OEM mechanical timer and use it for the bulk charge, then the Landis takes over for maintenance.  Added a small relay to isolate the timer drive motor so it didn't start up again when the Landis controller initiated a charge cycle.

Only been about a month, but it seems to be wroking great...
