(ET) EV tech in/near Lake Benton, MN?

A long shot, but if there are any EVers near Lake Benton, MN 56149 who 
could help trouble-shoot a GE Elec-Trak, let me know.

I can sell her the drive motor as requested, but even from 1000+ miles 
away I'm pretty sure that isn't the problem. So it would be nice to find 
someone in the area who knows how to check the wiring and controls. She 
has had this tractor since new (~35 years) and wants to keep it going.
