          Delco-Remy® never told. <G> The part numbers assigned to the motors sold to GE never appearing in any D-R listings.And I have yet to see a Prestolite® lift motor.

      Today's drive link technology is much improved over the "Apollo Era" system used then. Chances are that Browning has sheaves available to convert to a cog belt or multi 'V' belt system. But I don't see belts failing frequently enough for it to be an issue.

The two biggest, in my mind, were the front lift assembly using a car electric door window motor and the belt drive from the traction motor to the trans axle. But that was 39 years ago and I couldn't begin to remember all the details now ...
