Kinda cute, but a 350 watt drive motor?  A 20 amp hour battery?  This

I think I've seen this one before - maybe on Ebay, but I'm not sure.  I

it comes from one of the many Chinese scooter manufacturers.  My guess is 
that 
this seller scored a sample.  He may be gauging interest to see if it 
brings 

in enough bids and a high enough price to justify importing a container 
full. 

Careful; it's hard to tell what you're getting with something like this, 
and 

maybe difficult or impossible to get spare parts.
