It is possible that the picture is restricted in some way. More
information
is needed to see if I can help.
You are trying to download a .jpg file-tell us from what and where to what
and where you are trying to do this. The text of the error message is
also
needed.
A point to remember is that if you have an error message you don't
understand, key the text into Google and tell it to Go. Usually it will
find
a webpage that will tell you what it means and what you can do about it.
This will work often enough that it is well worth doing.

I have two classmates who have sent current photos from Adobe that
were professionally done. One was a picture from Martha Stewart
Living! I cannot seem to download them whereas I have no problem with
other pictures sent to me. Is it possible that these professional
photos are "encrypted" or something that will not allow a download?
It appears they will download, then an error message pops up. They
are in jpg format.
