First, whatever way you do, make sure the angle between the ramps and 
the bed is gentle enough so the tractor chassis will clear.  !!

When I load, i try and put the truck up to a bank to ease the angle.

Guess the rest depends on your cojones and the size of the planks, me, I 
ride it up in super low speed.  Other option is winch it up, I surely 
wouldn't try to run it "remote", too many things can go wrong.
