I noticed it too.  It does resemble a rather crude editing job.  The clip 
length isn't excessive, so it's hard to guess why anyone would have wanted 
to shorten it.  I suppose it's possible that the person who posted it just 
didn't have a very good capture program, and it missed a bit.
