Re: (ET) US Battery vs Trojan

Dwight,
I started out with a match set of Power Patrol batteries with a 6 month warranty, The first one died at 8 months.  If I bought a new set every time one quit I would have bought 54 batteries in the last 4 years.  I am beginning to think the battery companies send their rejects to Michigan.  You will find very few electric golf carts here.  All the golf clubs, and cart dealers in this area say they refuse to deal in the electrics because they have to much trouble with the batteries!!  I have not been able to find any used batteries around here.  I am retired now and have to watch the pennies.  The 2200 seems to get along good with the 5 1800s.  They equalize at the same time and voltage.

Ralph,

All the batteries should be the same amp hr. when you pay good money for new ones. In fact they should all be out of the same lot number so they are all the same age.

  You will have problems charging,

      Good luck.
