Re: (ET) Plastic Chain Question

Rob,
May have been me, but they are rubber chains for 23x10.50 tires, used to plow snow off my paver driveway.  Wear well and work surprisingly well.  Also works for gardening but dirt clods stay trapped....forever tracking dirt in shed or garage.  This bothers anal fusspots like me but may not bother you.

I sold my ET mower, am out of the mowing business. Replaced the Turf Saver tires with Ag tires for snow plowing and gardening, so the rubber chains, which I got from Harold, are for sale.  Pictures are worth a thousand words, let me know if any interest.

Subject: (ET) Plastic Chain Question

Did someone on the list use plastic tire chains?  Where did you get them?  How do they compare with metal chains?  I am hoping to reduce the damage to my seal coating this winter.
Thanks,
Rob Brockway in NH
