(ET) Found a GE E-14 For Sale

I found this E-14 just north of Flint, Michigan. It is sitting along side of the road. It looks as if it has been sitting there awhile. The tractor was sitting on a trailer that itself looked ready to fall apart. I would like to know a good offering price. There was a faded sign that said $300.00 but I don't think it is worth that. Looks to be more of a parts tractor or a really serious restoration project. It has the rear discharge front deck but the motors are stuck and the rollers are worn. Also the casters are froze. Shell looks to be ok. The tractor has a fair amount (as opposed to an un-fair amount?) of rust at the bottoms of the battery areas. It still has batteries in it but I'm pretty certain they are no good. The negative lead was disconnected. Has the plastic bags around the batteries but I couldn't tell what shape they are in. The brake pedal was froze also. Headlights looked decent, don't remember if they were cracked at all. It has the GE seat cushions but they need replaced. It does have the charger in it, condition unknown. It was missing the lower dash tower cover plate. At least one rear tire was flat and the fronts were low. It is about 20 miles from me. I hate to see it sit there and possibly get junked if it don't sell. I just need to know what a parts tractor would go for. Thanks for any help or suggestions.
