If you can locate anyone that has a gauss meter, that should provide a clue as
to how strong the magnetic fields are while in operation.With most of the
heavier coils such as in the motors being cased in steel I suspect it would
be a non- issue.
The relays and
contactors located in the aluminum control cabinet could be another
matter.
