Re: (ET) E-bay insanity

Remember;

There are copies of a lot of good info on the Elec-Trak web site.

Subject: (ET) E-bay insanity

Incase you haven't noticed, there seems to be one person trying to corner the market on Elec-Trak items. He is the one who is spending upwards of $150.00 for EACH manual he has bought. He has even bought two or three of the same manuals. The same goes for parts. He must have a whole stable of Elec-Traks. Four rubber shields for the mower deck? He was bidding on two of the manuals I wanted. So just to see how bad he wanted them, I bid him up untill the price topped $150.00. I really didn't even want to spend $100.00 or even more than $75.00 for the manual. So in a way, I'm glad that money is no object to him. If you check an auction he has bid on, and then click on his E-bay name, it will list all the auctions he has bid on. If the auction number is in blue, you can click on the auction number and see the ended auction. His E-bay name is d... (suppressed at his request).
As far as him putting copies on the web, I don't think anyone who has spent as much as him on manuals is going to give copies away for free. I'll bet a dollar to a donut that he is going to make copies and sell them on E-bay. Time will tell.
Best wishes to everyone.
