(ET) charger

Dan, something just isn't right, either in your measurements or the 
charger.  I use a 20 amp 36 volt automatic charger, with the batts 
pretty low, it takes no more than 5 hours to charge. 

I'd try to verify the charger output with a meter if you can,  then how 
do you determine full charge ?
