These fuse holders do go bad. I had the same thing on my E15 when I got
it. No amount of my messing around with it would give reliable
continuity. I replaced the fuse block with a new one from Bill Gunn,
when he was still around. Possibly Harold Zimmermann may also have
them? Or there might be something similar in the DigiKey catalog or
suchlike.
