Steve,That could contribute to the issue when the Gator Blades are on, but since the rightmost blade still didn't cut well when I removed the Gator Blades and put original Elec-Trak blades on, that can't be the only issue (I can try it though with the Gator Blades back on to check to see if that's also a factor, but it seems like it's a result of the grass being thrown that way (since I removed the grass guide) and/or the blade not spinning fast enough due to some motor issue.

Michael, I'm wondering if, perhaps, one (or more)of the spacers I made may be too thick? That may not let the bolt and washer clamp down on the blade hard enough. You could try swapping spacers and see if it makes a diiference. Other than that I still like the idea someone put out that the rightmost blade gets 'fed' clippings from the other blades and is most likely to get overwhelmed. - SteveS _______________________________________________ Elec-trak mailing list Elec-trak cosmos phy tufts edu https://cosmos.phy.tufts.edu/mailman/listinfo/elec-trak
