Re: (ET) one blade not cutting well
For years I have done this with either a 1 ohm or .1 ohm resistor in
series with AC line stuff to get actual current draw. Works with DC too,
applied voltage doesn't matter, it's the drop across the series resistor
that you work with. Use ohm's law to figure amp draw. I=E/R
