If you can find some at that price, buy all you can carry!  The price of 
lead has skyrocketed in the last year.  It peaked a few months ago, but 
with 
China's sweatshops raking in all the raw materials they can grab, 
including 
petrochemicals, steel, and the lead, I'm sorry to say that the days of $45 
batteries are probably gone forever.
