I bought the kit from Bill several years ago, and Darryl is correct, it 
makes a HUGE difference in braking power.  

The only negative with mine is that when it's adjusted tight enough to 
give 
sufficient pedal, it drags a wee bit and makes a creaking noise when the 
tractor is moving slowly.  It's a bit annoying, and might cause excessive 
wear long-term, but I don't think it's too harmful.
